Accounting Manager - Forecasting, Budgeting, Accounts Payable

The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective management of financial resources. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts to facilitate financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee tax compliance processes.
• Conduct regular audits and financial analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead the team in risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
• Implement and manage ERP systems to improve efficiency in financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Proficient in accounting software such as Quickbooks and ERP Systems.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with auditing processes and risk management techniques.
