Advanced Production Manager

Position Overview
The Advanced Production Manager will oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in plant operations. This role is critical for maintaining high-quality production standards while managing resources and staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules
• Manage and coordinate plant operations to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Implement and monitor production processes to maintain quality standards
• Lead and develop production teams to enhance performance and skills
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or plant management
• Strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
