Established full service law firm based in McAllen, Texas is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in McAllen, TX. They have been in business for over 70 years and they're searching for an Associate who has 2-7 years of experience in personal injury or commercial litigation defense.
Offer:
75k-150k contingent on experience

Qualifications:
2-7 years of experience in personal injury or commercial litigation
Experience with defense litigation
TX Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of personal injury or commercial litigation defense matters
Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions
Attending court hearings and depositions as needed
Advising clients on legal options and strategies
Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases and trials
Maintaining case files and ensuring all documentation is up to date
