Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial litigation, with a focus on delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. This role involves handling complex cases and providing strategic guidance throughout the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through trial.
Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, and other critical documents in a timely manner.
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal memoranda.
Assist in the discovery process, including document review and production, depositions, and interrogatories.
Argue motions before the court and represent clients in pre-trial hearings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trial.
Provide high-quality written and oral advocacy to effectively represent clients' interests.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
At least 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to litigation.
Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
