Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial litigation, with a focus on delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. This role involves handling complex cases and providing strategic guidance throughout the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through trial.
  • Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, and other critical documents in a timely manner.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal memoranda.
  • Assist in the discovery process, including document review and production, depositions, and interrogatories.
  • Argue motions before the court and represent clients in pre-trial hearings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trial.
  • Provide high-quality written and oral advocacy to effectively represent clients' interests.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to litigation.
  • Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
