We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a combination of civil engineering experience and being the central design figure on projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire life cycle of multiple civil engineering projects
- Oversee the project design, construction, and analysis
- Identify design criteria plus plan and execute effective designs focused on exceeding client expectations.
- Provide direct client interface and spearhead plan processing at public agencies.
- Marketing, business development, lead finding and pursuit of new work.
- Admin and finance tasks such as invoicing, budget monitoring, proposals, change orders, timecard approvals for team and attendance at required meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT certification
- 8+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in either LA or Ontario
