Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney - Junior Level (Judicial Clerks Only)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Level Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney, specifically targeting candidates who have completed judicial clerkships. This role is designed for individuals looking to advance their legal careers in a dynamic environment, focusing on commercial litigation across various jurisdictions including Federal Court and state Supreme Court. The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, with a commitment to client relationships and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys in the preparation and drafting of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on litigation matters, including Federal and state court rules and procedures.
- Participate in client meetings and maintain documentation of client interactions and legal needs.
- Support trial preparation and attend court hearings when required, providing assistance to trial attorneys.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure diverse and inclusive engagement in legal practices and community outreach initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their unique needs.
Qualifications- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school completed and/or judicial clerkship experience required.
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and familiarity with Federal and state court procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and engage with diverse clients and communities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on client service.
