Position Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager/Estimator to join our team and manage commercial painting projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in both estimating and project management for commercial paint projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and estimate costs for commercial painting projects
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Communicate with clients and provide updates on project progress
Monitor and control project resources, materials, and tools
Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
5+ years of experience in commercial painting projects
Excellent knowledge of project management and estimation processes
Strong understanding of commercial paint products and applications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
