Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controls & Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation and control systems for a wide array of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop control systems for manufacturing processes
Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems
Configure and integrate Wonderware software for process control
Analyze and improve existing control systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation projects
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology
Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
Around 30% travel
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in control systems design and implementation
Strong working knowledge of PLC and HMI programming
Experience with Wonderware software
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to stay updated with new technologies and advancements in the field
