We are a rapidly growing site work civil contractor specializing in dirt work and site utilities in the greater Houston area. We handle small to large and difficult projects. Due to demand and growth for our services, we are looking to add a results oriented and experienced Director of Project Management to the team.

- Responsible for leading the Project Management department and handling all communication, actions, metrics, KPIs, SOPs
- Oversee all project management team with leadership, management, and team culture
- Responsible for participating in annual, quarterly, and weekly meetings with leadership team
- Oversee hiring, sourcing, and interviewing members of the project management department
- Responsible for the financial success of projects, data collection, and metric reporting
- At least 15 years of project management Experience
- At least 5 years experience in an executive or director level position
- Extensive experience with underground wet utilities, earthwork, concrete work, and civil engineering
- Undergraduate degree in construction, civil engineering, or similar field of study
- Postgraduate work in construction (preferred)
