Job Title: District Sales Manager
Location: Huntsville AL- regional travel
Salary: $95k-$115k base + commission + semiannual bonus + benefits
Position Overview
We are an industry leader and distributor of CNC manufacturing tools, machines and components. With a global presence and expanding market, we are currently seeking dynamic Sales Engineers to join our ever growing sales Division. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and our customers' needs, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, sales team leadership and, ideally, technical expertise in manufactured equipment, CNC, machine tool sales, driving business growth through effective customer engagement and consultative sales techniques.
Position Overview
The District Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and directing sales strategies in the designated territory to achieve growth and profitability goals. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, developing key customer relationships, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales plans.
