As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for an Enterprise Applications Manager to oversee the management and optimization of our Yardi ERP platform and related business applications.
In this role, you will ensure the effective use of technology to support our dynamic operations and drive improvements in key business processes. You will be instrumental in leading product implementations, overseeing system upgrades, and providing expert application support to ensure our business users have the tools they need to succeed.
Location: 100% REMOTE
Salary: $120k-$150k DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, ensuring effective resource allocation and professional growth.
- Work closely with property accounting, asset management, and lease administration teams to gather business requirements and drive solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for property and lease management functions within Yardi, ensuring efficient system usage.
- Resolve incidents and issues, collaborating with other team members or external support as needed.
- Collaborate with the Senior IT & Enterprise Apps Manager to align department priorities with organizational goals and strategic direction.
- Coordinate testing of Yardi software updates and customizations with business users.
- Lead system upgrades, implementations, integrations, releases, and ongoing maintenance of the Yardi platform.
- Act as the escalation point for submitting and managing cases with Yardi support.
- Evaluate business processes and recommend system-based solutions to improve efficiency and add value.
- Lead cross-functional teams for new solution or product implementations.
- Provide training and promote best practices to improve user experience and system efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Database Management, or a related field is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience with Commercial Yardi Systems.
- 3+ years of experience in Yardi administration.
- Extensive knowledge of property and lease management functions in Yardi, including commercial billing, tenant recoveries, percentage rent, CPI/indexation, etc.
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel.
- Experience with Commercial, Maintenance, and Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting Yardi modules.
- Familiarity with Elevate products (e.g., Vendor Cafe, Service Contracts, Facilities Manager, etc.).
- Prior Team Lead experience is required.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience with quality assurance, change management, and application lifecycle management.
- Strong project management experience.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and recommend solutions.
