- Review and analyze construction plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Prepare detailed proposals for projects including cost estimates, project timelines, and resource requirements
- Participate in staff meetings
- Analyze and interpret construction documents to identify potential project risks and develop appropriate contingency plans
- Maintain knowledge of current construction industry trends and best practices to ensure accurate and competitive estimates
- 3+ years of Heavy Civil Construction Estimating Experience
- Proficient in estimating software
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
