Position Overview
The Estimator will play a vital role in our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and detailed analyses for luxury residential remodeling projects. This position is essential in ensuring projects are budgeted effectively and align with our clients' high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for luxury/custom/high end residential projects
Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements
Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scope and objectives
Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary data
Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate costs to ensure competitive pricing
Maintain and update the cost database for accurate future reference
Provide value engineering options to optimize project costs without compromising quality
Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on luxury/custom residential projects
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite

Overtime Eligible Base pay up to $100k
