Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney in Cherry Hill, NJ. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling legal issues related to family law, preparing motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings, client interviews, case status updates.
You have the opportunity to be hybrid/remote.
Qualifications
-Family Law expertise in New Jersey
-3+ year of Family Law NJ experience
-Experience in preparing motions and conducting depositions
-Strong advocacy and representation skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and bar admission in New Jersey (PA is a plus)
-Experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution is a plus
