Job Title: Head of Production
Location: Austin TX (in-office) - Candidates MUST be local (or willing to relocate, assistance provided) to Austin, TX
Salary: $140-200K DOE (plus bonuses, PTO, 401(k), insurance, etc.)
Requirements:
1.) 10+ years of game development experience in Video Game Production
2.) Experience in a leadership role (EP, Director of Production or any other relevant titles)
Based in Texas, we are an independent, full-service developer and publisher of leading video games. We have shipped over 200 games on 10 different platforms and have worked on some of the biggest PC gaming franchises to date. While we are a AAA studio, we pride ourselves on our intimate work setting and collaborative environment.
Head of Production carries the crucial responsibility of ensuring the timely delivery and impeccable quality of our games. Working collaboratively with internal departments and external partners, this role will oversee the identification, selection, negotiation, and ongoing management of external game developers and third parties, ensuring the delivery of high-quality games within established budgets and schedules.
