Position Overview:
We are seeking a Land Development Project Manager to add to our team and help build out our Civil Engineering department! The Project Manager - Land Development will oversee and manage land development projects from conception to completion. This role requires a thorough understanding of civil site design in both private and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage land development projects from initial planning to final completion.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and contracts.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Provide technical guidance on grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion, and sediment control measures.
Assist in business development activities to expand the company's portfolio in land development projects.
Collaborate with the design team on residential and commercial projects, ensuring design meets client and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
5+ years of experience in civil site design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and stormwater management practices.
Experience with federal, public, and private land development projects preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
