The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of marketing or agency experience, with expertise in brand development, graphic design, and digital marketing. Knowledge of healthcare, real estate, or business development is preferred. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field.
2-3+ years of graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite).
1-2+ years managing CRM/email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
Strong project management and communication skills.
