We have an immediately available role open for a Customer Service Specialist with Manufacturing Experience in the area near Hackettstown, NJ.
In this role, the Customer Service Specialist with provide exceptional customer service through order processing and problem resolution, working as the GLUE between the end customer and our engineering and production teams to help answer questions about product details, product Quality and ultimately working to serve as a Customer Advocate handling all inquiries and issues with product issues/returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Day to day Responsibilities of this customer service pro, will include:
Handling customer inquiries about product details, delivery and logistics questions, working with customers to input/process customer orders, provide quotes, and resolve any customer inquiries, and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
This roles will help to ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, by communicating, assisting internal teams to ensure customer orders are complete.
Ultimately you will work to handle EXISTING questions, but also will work proactively to identify areas of improvement, opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and product quality, and where appliable to help the internal teams to implement solutions.
Ideally qualified candidates will bring AS MUCH of the list below, to the role:
Desired Education - We would prefer those with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field, but are open to those with an Associates Degree and equal experience.
Desired Experience - We are not looking for those with NO experience, but ideally we would seek those with Two or more years of proven customer service experience, with desired and applicable experience coming from an industrial/ manufacturing environment setting.
Technical/Systems Knowledge - We utilized both the MS OFFICE suite of tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) but also, we are utilizing SalesForce as our CRM application, and would prefer those with existing hands on experience working with Salesforce, but other CRM experience would be applicable and transferrable.
Above all else, we NEED this person to bring an ability to be a STRONG COMMUNICATOR and an ADVOCATE for the customer. We need someone who can work with the customer, gather important, DETAILED info and feedback and then share that info with our teams, and vice versa. YOU MUST BE able to manage projects and support any client or customer, or even prospective customer, questions/issues to ensure complete satisfaction and help to foster a "customer is always right" attitude.
