Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented paralegal with at least 2 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing case files.
Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and trials.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to ensure smooth case progression.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of case activities and deadlines.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing documents.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
Experience with medical records
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to deadlines.
