As a Divisional Plant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing all aspects of the operations division including directing the manufacturing process, overseeing production, and ensuring efficient use of resources. You will be expected to stay current on the latest industry trends and technologies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
MUST HAVE:
- Management experience (5+ years)
- Background in food manufacturing, food processing, and food packaging
- Ability to work onsite in Ellensburg, WA
- Toyota Production System - Gemba Kaizen - Continuous Improvement

- $100,000 - $140,000 in a base
