Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead various construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project resources, including teams and subcontractors, to ensure efficient execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate meetings with team members and stakeholders to discuss project status and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry preferably commercial/multifamily buildings.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
