We are looking for a highly motivated preconstruction manager. We are a full-service general contractor and construction management firm with a strong reputation in the Atlanta area. We specialize with commercial, municipal, healthcare, education and industrial markets. We have been rapidly growing for the past few years!

What you will be doing:

Handling the project from conceptual design estimate all the way through subcontracts being formalized.
Ability to make reliable predictions regarding cost and be comfortable estimating across all scopes of work.
Must have experience preparing detailed conceptual cost estimates and conceptual cost studies from schematic or feasibility-level documentation.
Ability to prepare detailed estimates and, as the design evolves, develop variance summaries between estimates. Ability to perform value engineering studies throughout.
Ability to create preconstruction schedules and update as needed.
Work in partnership with the Operations Team to prepare constructability reviews, logistics planning, and scheduling.

What you need for this position:

5+ years of preconstruction manager experience in related markets above.
Must be able to read drawings and have BS in related field.
