Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Mequon, WI.
Salary: $50 - 55k (Based on Experience)
Requirements: We are looking for a candidate that leads by example and is consistent in all that they do. Strong leadership skills are a must, and focus on accountability to drive results. This candidate must be willing to push production and always focus on safety. Experience with Temp labor is a plus. Strong skills in coaching and development are a must.
Position Overview
The Production Supervisor for 2nd/3rd shift will oversee the production processes during off-peak hours, ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing operations. This role is critical for maintaining production schedules, managing staff, and implementing best practices to optimize production output while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
