We are a large Aerospace and Defense company looking for a Program Manager to join our team.

The Program Manager oversees all aspects of assigned programs from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives. Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, the Program Manager leads program review sessions to communicate progress on key performance indicators. Responsibilities also include coordinating the development of proposals, business plans, Statements of Work (SOW), specifications, operating budgets, and contractual financial terms and conditions.

Must haves:

- 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager

- 5+ years of experience in overseeing proposals, contract negotiation, and contracts

- 5+ years of experience with Earned Value and Military contracts (MIL-)
