Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee and manage complex construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family housing construction, including expertise in wood framing and structural concrete. Experience with ground-up construction, occupied renovations, and/or reuse/preservation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
Oversee subcontractor selection and contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager/ Project Executive
Extensive experience with multi-family ground-up, occupied renovations, and/or reuse/preservation projects
Proven expertise with wood framing and structural concrete
