Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead our glazing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution: Manage all aspects of commercial glazing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality and accuracy of all work to meet company and client standards.
Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or glazing industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial glazing and glazing systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
Familiarity with project management software and scheduling tools.
