We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in Multi-family, Commercial or Healthcare to join our team. - Responsible for managing the entire construction project start to finish
- Creating project plans, budgeting, coordinating with the design team, and working with the job site teams to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Commercial & Multi-family Projects in Oakland & San Francisco
- Ground-up, new construction
- Work directly with Preconstruction Teams & Job Site teams to ensure project success
- Work toward Senior Project Manager promotion track
- 5+ years of Construction Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Commercial or Multi-family experience, both is a plus
- BS in Construction Management or related
