We specialize in concrete paving, site-work, concrete barrier installation and sewer, water, and drainage projects. Our Safety team is the traffic control/guardrail division and performs guardrail, permanent and temporary sign installation, lane closures, and traffic control device sales and service. From large projects to small jobs, our personnel bring their expertise and many years of experience to every project.

Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects. They will manage all aspects of the project life-cycle, from inception to closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control/assurance, and contract management. They will also manage project team members and subcontractors, as well as participate in various meetings to ensure clear communication and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Ensure that project deliverables are on time and in line with quality standards.
Manage personnel and subcontractors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to project plans.
Participate in weekly meetings with project teams and stakeholders to discuss progress and any potential risks or issues.
Provide oversight of the financial performance of the project, including cost control, billing, and invoicing.
Prepare detailed reports on project progress, financials, and any changes or potential risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Project Management within the construction industry, with a focus on Highway, Freeway, Heavy Civil, and Heavy Industrial.
Experience managing road crews, dirt, excavating, concrete, and building roads.
Knowledge of utility structures and systems.
Strong bid review and contract management skills.
Supervisory experience and the ability to lead a project team.
