Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Construction, specifically in the Electrical sector. This individual will be responsible for overseeing critical power projects, ensuring they are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of critical power projects, from planning to execution.- Monitor project progress and ensure it aligns with the established timeline and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications and safety standards.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues or concerns.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Manage and lead project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Construction industry.
- Experience managing projects in the Electrical sector.
- Prior experience in the Electrical industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of critical power systems and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- PMP certification is a plus.
