Project Manager (Engineering)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee engineering projects, specifically in wastewater, land development, and site development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to facilitate project execution.
  • Conduct project meetings to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project reports, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout all phases of the project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the engineering sector, particularly in wastewater and land/site development projects.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
