Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, specifically in the multi-family sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing garden-style, podium, and wood frame construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project stays on track.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and timelines for stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven experience managing multi-family construction projects, particularly garden-style and podium designs.
Strong understanding of wood frame construction methods and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
