Located in the heart of Anaheim we are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team! If you have experience in our field, please waste no time in applying.
- Conduct regular project team meetings and manage subcontractors (Sub and Vendor buyouts)
- Consistent interaction with clients, architects and local jurisdictions
- Utilize project management tools to track project costs
- Prepare costs for completion and job finalization.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- BS in Construction Management or Related Field a huge plus
- Experience in Ground up Multifamily/Mixed use builds
- Strong buyout experience a huge plus!
- Contract Supervision
