Position Overview
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet established quality standards. This role involves implementing quality management systems (QMS), total quality management (TQM) practices, and conducting audits to promote continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations.

Someone who has a strong desire to improve the customer experience through quality planning, inspection, improved products, and root cause corrective action.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management
Train and support manufacturing staff on quality control processes
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to quality management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Total Quality Management (TQM) principles
Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
