Position Overview: The Tax Senior will be responsible for providing tax services to clients in the Oil & Gas sector. This includes tax compliance, research, advice, and general tax advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting clients with their tax planning, research, and compliance needs
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Preparing and filing all necessary tax returns
Answering client inquiries related to their taxes
Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws
Researching complex tax issues and recommend solutions
Keeping up to date on changing tax laws and regulations
Qualifications:
CPA certification
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
5+ years of tax experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and requirements
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
