We are a locally owned and operated residential roofing company serving the Sacramento Metro area with a reputation for quality, integrity, and excellent customer service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Residential Roofing Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales team.
What You'll Do:
Recruit, train, and lead a team of residential sales representatives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth goals.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Conduct ride-alongs and provide ongoing coaching to improve team performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
What You Bring:
5+ years of sales management experience in the residential roofing industry.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and local building codes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated with a competitive edge and a team-first mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
