Job Title: Senior Architect
Location: Raleigh, NC - Hybrid role
Compensation: upto $180K + annual bonus and esop DOE
Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree - NCARD certificate is preferred. Licensure in Architecture
We are an employee owned interdisciplinary design firm including architecture, engineering, interior design that has been around for nearly 50 years with 7 offices throughout the United States including Raleigh, NC.
We have completed projects throughout the country across a number of verticals including higher education, healthcare, life sciences, corporate and more.
We are actively growing (15% in the last 2 years), and are looking to add a Senior Architect to our growing team in the Raleigh market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Healthcare sector.

What you need for this position:
-10+ years of Architecture design experience
- Accredited Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Professional Licensure in Architecture. NCARB certificate is preferred
- experience on larger projects, with more oversight of the project scope is preferred
