- Cultivate and expand a diverse portfolio of business clients, predominantly S corporations and partnerships spanning various industries like manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services, and technology.
- Strategize, execute, and provide cutting-edge federal and state tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions to our clients.
- Dive into tax research concerning federal and multi-state income taxes, encompassing non-resident withholding and composite tax issues.
- Ensure utmost client satisfaction through transparent communication, expectation management, timely delivery, and proactive sharing of tax optimization strategies.
- Collaborate closely with principals and team members on client management, professional growth initiatives, and business expansion endeavors.
- Oversee, nurture, train, and guide staff, conducting performance evaluations and engagement assessments.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- CPA certification is a must, accompanied by a solid 10+ years of tax-related experience.
- Proficiency in S corporations and partnerships, inclusive of partnership capital account maintenance and allocations.
- Sound technical acumen pertaining to tax preparation and review, compliance, agency correspondence, and tax research.
- Ability to foster and nurture profitable, enduring client relationships.
- Demonstrated capacity to self-manage, organize, prioritize, and handle multiple engagements within tight deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills conducive to building strong client and team rapport.
