Title: VP of Operations

Location: Yonkers, NY (fully on-site)

Salary: $140,000-$170,000 with an annual bonus

Position Overview
The VP of Operations will lead and optimize all operational functions within the organization, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality output. This role will focus on strategic planning, resource management, and implementing best practices across the manufacturing environment to drive growth and operational excellence.

What you will be doing

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Oversee the manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced on time and within budget.
Manage the supply chain, including sourcing raw materials and managing vendor relationships.
Implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Drive the adoption of ERP systems within the organization to enhance data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in foundry or CNC shops.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials including graphite, metal, steel, and aluminum.
Experience with fabrication techniques and manufacturing best practices.
Proficient in ERP systems and quality management systems (QMS).
