We are one of the country's top structural and water storage general contractors. We have over 500 employees and growing. We specialize in heavy construction work specifically with water storage tanks. We do both elevated and underground tanks.
We are looking for Project Managers with heavy construction experience. Water storage exp. is a huge plus but not requirement. We need someone that understands the workings of structural projects using a lot of concrete and steel work. This position is a fully remote option across the U.S., but there will be travel required occasionally to the project site to check progress. We also have full benefits, 401k w/ match, substantial PTO, and paid holidays.
Oversee the planning and execution of complex construction projects, applying effective project management principles.
Skilled in contract management, scheduling, and financial oversight, ensuring contracts are well-structured, advantageous, and strategically negotiated.
Lead clients with confidence, maintaining strong and productive relationships.
Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Resolve contract, project, scheduling, and client-related challenges while negotiating and managing scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
Engage in pre-construction, progress, and planning meetings, collaborating with construction and engineering teams to coordinate procurement and execution for each project phase.
4 Year Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or other related fields
7+ Years Project Management Exp.
Exp. Working on Heavy Construction Projects
Must have exp. with structural concrete & steel projects
Major Plus - exp. building water storage tanks
Ability to Travel to project site (20% travel)
Benefits
Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
