Hiring remotely, we are one of California's largest practices specializing in the Defense of Workers Compensation. Our attorneys are skilled in establishing a constructive environment where defense attorneys, claims professionals and employers work together for a successful resolution.
Given our consistent growth we are looking to hire an attorney with at least 3+ years of experience in Workers Compensation Defense and are offering a competitive salary along with an industry leading bonus structure that is paid monthly!
You will be responsible for providing high quality legal representation to our clients and adhere to our standards for case management and client services. You will also Independently and proactively handle a full caseload from case inception through resolution including complex, high-exposure cases.
