Who you are:
3+ years of experience as a controls/automation technician or engineer
Must be able to write PLC programs from scratch
Must have experience with variable frequency
Experience with Allen-Bradley software preferred
Servo drive automation knowledge a plus
Working knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and Pneumatic applications, PLCs
What you will be doing:
Design and develop control systems, including PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to integrate control systems with machinery and equipment.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Develop and maintain documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in control technologies and industry best practices.
