We are a 55 year old specialty commercial contractor based in the upper Midwest. We offer precon services, interior/exterior framing & finishes. We also offer drywall, framing, painting, fireproofing, acoustical ceilings, etc. We are urgently looking for an onsite Estimator to join in on our office team in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Manage review of weekly bid list to ensure team is bidding the right opportunities
- Review project plans & specs to get comfortable with the work & begin development of an estimate
- Review change orders, RFIs, ASIs, DCNs & scope changes
- Accurate takeoff blueprints to include scope necessary to be competitive & adhere to guidelines
- Review scope of work & instructions to bidders to ensure proposals are complete
- Adheres to bid review process & makes necessary edits to bids as needed
- Work with the Senior & Chief Estimators on bid margins & supports recommendation or request to adjust as needed
- Assist Project Managers with filling out Bid Submittals forms as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
- 1+ year of Estimating experience in commercial drywall
- Proficiency with On Screen Takeoff
- Base knowledge of document editing software (BlueBeam, Adobe Acrobat, Plan Grid, Plexxis)
- Industry knowledge in Drywall, Steel Stud Metal Framing, Paint, EIFS, etc.
