We specialize in net-leased commercial properties, primarily in the necessity-based retail and healthcare sectors, with an emphasis on delivering secure, stable income for our investors. Our firm works with both REIT and DST platforms, and we are dedicated to providing long-term, recession-resilient investment opportunities. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for an Enterprise Applications Analyst to help support and optimize our business applications, particularly our Yardi ERP system, to ensure a seamless user experience and continued growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on application support and working closely with various teams to improve business processes. You will assist with system upgrades, user access management, and data integration, while also playing an integral part in ensuring that business users are supported efficiently through the Yardi platform.

Salary: $90k-$105K
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial support for helpdesk tickets, escalating complex issues to higher tiers as needed.
- Collaborate with team members or external support to resolve incidents and problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify trends in ticket intake and proactively recommend preventive measures.
- Manage access and security for applications, including user setup, deactivation, and record updates.
- Assist in gathering business requirements and supporting the implementation of software solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for escalation to external support teams.
- Support the business in executing imports or bulk updates via ETL or SQL scripts.
- Coordinate testing of software updates and customizations with business users.
- Assist in system upgrades, integrations, releases, and ongoing maintenance.
- Develop and maintain standard ticketing and user support procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure efficiency in the use of applications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-4 years of experience with Commercial Yardi Systems (administration and support).
- Experience with ETL, SQL, and intermediate MS Excel skills.
- 1+ years of General Ledger accounting experience (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with Yardi modules such as Commercial, Maintenance, and Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Elevate products (e.g., Vendor Cafe, Service Contracts, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and change management procedures is beneficial.
- Project management experience is a plus.
